Loan Officers provide agricultural and financial expertise to clients. They combine their agricultural and business knowledge with an in-depth understanding of each client’s current financial position in order to provide innovative and workable alternatives to solve problems the client faces in their business. Client or Field Service Representatives

This position markets and delivers credit and related services to clients and provide discretionary service, which exceeds client expectations. This position works closely with the Loan Officer to service all aspects of client relationships. They also provide administrative support for the branch.

Appraisers

Appraisers conduct on-site appraisals and valuations of real estate and chattel properties.

Crop Insurance Specialists

CIS positions work with field team members in selling and servicing crop insurance to clients.

Accounting

This department provides accounting services for the association, including loan accounting, accounts payable, general ledger and support.

Audit

The Audit Department monitors the Association's quality control programs and conducts reviews related to credit risks, credit administration and financial operations.

Credit

This department includes the lending and leasing operations, risk management, credit analysis, and credit procedures. The credit analysis group analyzes and processes loan and lease requests obtained by the field staff.

Human Resources

HR provides benefits administration, training and development, and recruiting support for the association.

Marketing

Marketing develops and manages the association’s marketing, advertising, communications, and public and media relations programs to effectively support the association’s marketing strategies and business goals.

This department provides technology development, installation, instruction and support.
