Here is what you need to do:

Click the Account Information tab on the main navigation bar (top menu).

Click Account Summary tab on secondary navigation bar (right below top menu).

Highlight the desired loan. Double-click.

Click on the second icon in the toolbar for Account Details. The Account Details screen displays principal balance, available balance, payments, interest rates, etc.

Click the Close button in lower right to return to previous screen.
